The Registrar (Judicial) by the order dated 29.01.2020 has dismissed the appeal in default, for non compliance with the office objections. There is a delay even in seeking the restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the delay is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside subject to the condition that the appellant removes the office objections within one week.

The Application is disposed of.
