There is an innocuous prayer in the petition inasmuch as direction is sought to Respondent - Education officer to take a decision on the pending proposal of the petitioner for grant of approval to her appointment as Shikshan Sevak. In the circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 - Education officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to take decision on such proposal, if not already taken, in accordance with the established procedure/Rules/Policy, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today and communicate such decision to Respondent No. 3 - management.
