As this Court issued simple notice on 31st July, 2018 to Respondent No.5, making it returnable on 25th September, 2018, learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent No.5 submitted before us that though there is some delay, Respondent No.1 decided the proposal seeking approval to appointment of petitioner. Learned A.G.P. submitted that delay is caused in decision for bonafide reasons due to administrative difficulties. As such, delay is for bonafide reasons, same be condoned. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submitted that the copy of decision is already forwarded to petitioner through 1 / 2
23-CP-559-18.odt postal service and learned A.G.P. provides a copy of order to learned Counsel for petitioner.

Learned Counsel for petitioner, in view of the said decision, prays for disposal of contempt petition with liberty to challenge the decision before the competent forum, including the judicial forum, if so advised. 4.
As the order of this Court is complied with, though belatedly, and petitioner wish to challenge that decision, no fruitful purpose would be served keeping the contempt petition pending in this Court.
