Heard learned counsel for applicant.

This application is filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay of 450 days in filing of appeal on the ground that the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court was not communicated to the acquiring body by the Government Pleader and the time was required for contacting the concerned authority for obtaining the instructions and for taking legal opinion.

Obviously, reasons assigned by the applicant for condonation of delay are not a reasonable cause for delay.

Therefore, application for condonation of delay is dismissed.

Consequently, First Appeal (St) No. 22038 of 2015 is disposed of.
