Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the parties submits that substantial part of the evidence is already over that is the plaintiffs evidence is over and the defendants evidence is yet to commence and the matter can be disposed of by directing the trial court to dispose of the suit in time bound manner and by directing the parties to maintain status quo till the disposal of the civil suit.

In view of the submissions made by the parties, the trial court is directed to decide the civil suit within a period of one (01) year from today. Status quo shall be maintained till then. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
