Though the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1Insurer has strongly resisted the application, considering the plight of the applicant-claimant and the medical expenses incurred by him, the applicant-original claimant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount out of the amount deposited before this Court, to the extent of 50%, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
