Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the Waqf Suit No.75/2019, which was pending before the Tribunal is disposed of for want of prosecution. He brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 19.11.2024, which shows that application filed at Exhibit-57 for withdrawal of the suit is allowed, and accordingly the suit has been disposed of for want of prosecution as withdrawn.

In the light of submission advanced, the prayer is made to withdraw the present civil revision application. 3.

Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
