Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- deposited in this court, subject to the condition that in event he suffers an adverse order that he would return the money within four (04) weeks thereafter. The applicant to file an undertaking to that effect. The civil application stands disposed of.
