Learned Advocate Mr. Adinath Kuber, Advocate holding for Mr. A.G. Talhar, seeks accommodation on the ground of personal difficulty of the Advocate on record. However, it is to be noted that the main prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent authorities to take steps to decide the petitioner's representations dated 14.07.2023, 10.01.2024, 30.09.2024, and 30.01.2025 within a stipulated period.
