It appears to be a monetary transaction between the applicant and respondent nos.3 and 4 - accused. On appreciation of the prosecution case, learned Sessions Judge has granted respondents-accused bail. Said bail is sought to be cancelled a year after grant thereof. The ground for cancellation of bail is that the respondents/accused remained absent before the trial Court. The trial Court will take care thereof to ensure presence of the respondents/accused as and when required.

So far as regards the respondent/accused to have indulged in similar crime are concerned, pendency of present crime against the

19.ACB.155.2022 respondents/accused would be taken into consideration, while considering their prayer for bail in subsequent offence. The Court is not inclined even to issue notice in the matter. The application is rejected.
