The present civil application is filed for amendment. 2.

It is submitted that in spite of various attempts by applicant - petitioner, the applicant-petitioner was unable to receive the information of members of the committee occupying their respective position in the committee and the places where these members are discharging their duties. 3.

Today, learned A.G.P. provided a statement about the status of the respondents, more particularly, respondent Nos. 3 to 7. As per this

ca8247.19 (2) statement, Mr E.G.Bhalerao - respondent No.3 Joint Commissioner, stood retired in the year 2016 itself, Mr D.J.Pavra - respondent No.7 who was earlier Member Secretary and Deputy Director, Nandurbar Scrutiny Committee is now occupying the position as Joint Commissioner, Scrutiny Committee Aurangabad, Mr P. S. Patil, who was earlier working as Research Officer attached to the Scrutiny Committee left the services of Scrutiny Committee, Mr D. R. Desale also stood retired in 2015 and Mr P. H. Narayane stood retired on 1st June, 2018.

The applicant- petitioner is permitted to accordingly amend the petition by specifying the latest position in respect of the respondents. 5.

Issue fresh notice to respondent No.4 Mr D. J. Pavra, Joint Commissioner, Scrutiny Committee, Aurangabad, returnable on 6th August, 2019.

Civil Application is disposed of.
