The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail for offences punishable under sections 406, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code, for which complaint came to be lodged on 12th July, 2015, alleging therein nonpayment of the monetary dues, which were outstanding against supply of building material (goods).

Having perused the first information report, it is required to be noted that the allegation appears to be of civil in nature. 3.

In my opinion, if there is dishonour of cheque, appropriate remedy under the statute is available to the complainant. 4.

The custodial interrogation of the applicant, in the present case, will hardly be of any necessity.

In view thereof, the application stands allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant, in connection with C.R. No.124/2015, registered with police station, Pachora, District Jalgaon, he be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in like amount.
