Heard. Issue notice to the respondents returnable forthwith. Learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondents. 2.

This is an application for withdrawal of balance 25% amount of compensation which is kept in Fixed Deposit. 3.

This Court, vide order dated 1/8/2014, permitted the applicant to withdraw 75% of the total amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court, out of which 25% amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing personal undertaking, further 25% of the total amount on furnishing solvent surety and further 25% amount on submitting Bank guarantee.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant the prayer for withdrawal of the remaining 25% amount. The application is rejected.
