Miss Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners are

( 2 ) wp 8576.18 pending with the committee since 12 th June, 2018 and 7 th October, 2017.

The same are not yet decided. The petitioners have been given the provisional admission in B.E. Course.

The petitioners have approached the court very late, however, considering the exigency of the matters, the Scrutiny Committee shall endeavor to decide proceedings by 08.08.2018. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 31.07.2018. We have passed the present order as it is submitted that the last date for submission of validity to confirm their admissions is 10.08.2018. Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
