DATED : 20TH AUGUST, 2015 ORDER :- Application is filed for condonation of delay of (1243) days caused in filing application for setting aside order of Registrar (Judicial) for refusal of registration and for relief of restoration of Second Appeal.

2] As registration was refused, no notice was issued to other side at that time. It appears that by the order dated 7/4/2015 other Hon'ble Judge had allowed application and the order made by Registrar (J) dated 22/2/2012 was set aside but some compliance remained to be made like filing of certified copy of appeal memo and due to that, registration is not done. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that he has deposited the costs.

3] In view of this submission, application is allowed. If there is no
