The petitioners who are possessing B.Sc. Animal Husbandary conferred upon them by the respondent no.3/Agriculture University, claim to possess equivalent basic qualification for the post of Livestock Supervisor in the recruitment process published by the respondent no.2. Their representation (Exhibit-C) is pending with the respondent no.2. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners merely seek direction to the respondent no.2 to consider their representation (Exhibit-C) on its own merits.

Without expressing anything on merits much less entitlement of the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation (Exhibit-C) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.
