The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in paragraph No.4, the date has inadvertently been mentioned as "24th March 2024," instead of "24th March 2021," and the words have been wrongly spelt as "Kothi Riad". In contrast, the correct spelling is "Kothi Road." Further, in paragraph No.6, "Section 8(2)" has inadvertently been mentioned instead of "Section 32(2)" and in paragraph No.8, the date has inadvertently been mentioned as "12th April 2024," instead of "12th April 2021." 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid mistakes are typographical errors which require correction in the judgment.
