Learned counsel for the applicants submits that from the same acquisition proceedings, this Court has permitted the applicants/original claimants therein to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% on certain terms and conditions by order dated 23.10.2019 in Civil Application No. 6723 of 2020 in First Appeal No. 2913 of 2019. In view of the same, vre/-

62-CA-7538-2020+.odt I am inclined to permit the applicants/original claimants herein to withdraw the amount of compensation on the same terms and conditions. Hence the following order:

ORDER

I.

All the Civil Applications are hereby partly allowed. II.

Out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court, The applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee of any scheduled bank to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
