PER COURT :- The grievance raised in the instant petition is no more resintegra and is covered by the Judgment delivered by this Court on 16.12.2014 in Writ Petition No.6116 of 2014 & other companion matters.

For the reasons recorded while disposing of the aforesaid writ petitions, instant petition also deserves to be allowed and the same is hereby allowed. Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer Clause 'A' of the Writ Petition. The monetary benefits accruable to the petitioner be paid within a period of six months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
