It has been alleged against the applicant that he was involved in printing the fake currency notes with the co-accused. The prosecution has collected the printing material from the coaccused who is residing in the same premises in a separate room. Nothing is recovered from the applicant. He is a young boy of 19 years and a student of B.C.A. He co-operated with the investigation officer. No incriminating material has been recovered from him. Only
(2) for acquaintance with the accused that too due to residing in the same premises, he has been arraigned as an accused. He is languishing in jail for last two months. The material investigation has been completed against him and the prosecution has a case that the applicant and the main accused were residing in one room. However, there is no statement of the landlord whether they were the joint tenants in a single room. Nothing has been recovered from the room of the applicant though he was residing on rent.
