The Petitioner prays that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad should initiate action in the light of the communication of the District Collector, Aurangabad.

When called upon, the Petitioner submits that he is not aware as to whether any developments have taken place after the said communication dated 16.12.2018 and is not aware as to whether any action is initiated. He submits

2 wp 8635.2022 that he would approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

This Petition is disposed off.

Keeping the issue of locus standi of the Petitioner open, if the Petitioner approaches the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, the said authority would consider the said application only if there is any statutory duty vested in him to deal with such an application and subject to the locus of the Petitioner.
