The petitioner who has been armed with an award of the reference court under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is seeking directions as if this Court is an executing Court even when a separate execution proceeding has been filed, as is submitted by his learned advocate.

We refuse to exercise jurisdiction and powers under Article 226 of the Constitution.

Writ petition is dismissed.
