There is no logic or rationale in the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner for inclusion of the category of widows of the deceased freedom fighter in the definition provided at Sr.No.8-C of the Government resolution dated 27.2.2017 in respect of special class teachers Part-I.
