1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that investigation in the matter is complete and charge sheet is filed.

2] Prima facie, no case is made to grant bail in favour of the applicant at this stage. In the event the trial is not concluded within 6 months, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh application as the offence pertains under Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3] In view of above, the Bail Application is disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid.

4] Ms. Sultana R.Khan, learned counsel appointed by this Court to represent the cause of respondent no.2,

1335.25BA shall be paid fees of Rs.10,000/- by the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
