Heard learned Advocate Mr. S. S. Kulkarni for the applicant. Present application is filed for getting delay of 132 days condoned for filing Second Appeal.

It is contended that the applicant is poor, due to drought, he was in financial trouble, therefore he has taken some time for the arrangement of the amount for filing the second appeal. Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of.
