Delay of 76 days has occurred in filing the review application. Learned Counsel, Shri Soman appearing for respondents submits that, there are absolutely no reasons assigned for condoning the delay. Learned Counsel further submits that, moreover the application itself is devoid of any merits since, consistently the orders have been passed against the present applicants.

For the reasons stated in the application which, according to me, are just and sufficient, the delay caused in
