Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent No. 2 is pending since 26/05/2015. The Appeal is with regard to the mutation entry.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the Appeal will be decided on its own merits by the Sub Divisional Officer. 3.

Respondent No. 2 - Sub Divisional Officer,

2 W.P. 12161.2017 Vasmatnagar, District Hingoli shall decide the Appeal on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of this order.
