A proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner No. 3 was submitted to the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon on 30.07.2020, which is pending adjudication.

We dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon to decide the proposal within a period of four (04) weeks from today on its own merits, if not decided earlier.
