After having heard Mr. Narwadkar, learned Advocate holding for Mr. P.D. Suryawanshi, Advocate for the applicant in the first session, when it was pointed out that this Court has already rejected earlier application of the applicant for anticipatory bail (Anticipatory Bail Application No.1064/2019) by order dated 24.02.2020, which order was subsequently challenged before the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Cri.) No.2109/2020, but was confirmed vide order dated 02.06.2020, Mr. Narwadkar, learned Advocate had sought time to solicit instructions and the matter was kept back for the second session. 2.

When the matter was called out in the second session, Mr. Narwadkar did not turn up and the matter was again kept back and called

ABA1092-2020 out at the bottom of the board. Still, none is present. 3.
