1] The applicants-claimants have filed this Application, seeking early date of hearing of the Appeal for the reasons set out in detail in the application.

2] On due consideration of the submissions advanced and the reasons assigned for early hearing of the Appeal, I am of the view that the request deserves to be accepted. Appeal challenging the acquisition of land is pending since the Year 2009. Some of the claimants are senior citizens. Already legal heirs of some of the respondents are brought on record. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the Application. Accordingly, the
