Heard Shri. K.D.Jadhav, learned advocate for applicants/appellants. Perused record and proceedings. The present civil application is filed by the applicants for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1 Afzal Begum Sayad Abdul on record. The civil application is supported by the affidavit. The death certificate of appellant no.1 is filed on record. On perusal of death certificate, it appears that appellant no.1 died on 17.06.2014. The civil application is filed on 14.08.2014. There is no contest to this civil application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the civil application and to pass following order.

The civil application is allowed.

The legal representatives of deceased appellant no.1 Afzal Begum Sayad Abdul be brought on record without delay. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the appeal.
