The grievance of the petitioner is that since one year the application for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent No.2, the same is not decided as yet.

In case the application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) weeks.
