Learned A.P.P. submits that on the basis of the complaint filed by Supply Inspector giving reference to the allegations made by the petitioner in his complaint filed before the Supply Inspector, crime No. 166 of 2022 came to be registered at police station Parner, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 3 and 7 of Essential Commodities Act against four accused persons. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as accused No.1 implicated in connection with the present crime is concerned, it has been simply mentioned in the F.I.R. that accused No.1 is the then licence holder of fair price shop. 3.

However, after due investigation charge sheet will be submitted by name of the then licence holder of the fair price shop.
