Though the Writ Petitions have been dismissed for want of steps by the order of the Registrar (Judicial), there is delay of 575 days in filing the present applications, seeking restoration of the writ petitions. 4.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the applications, the delay is condoned. The impugned orders are quashed and set aside subject

CA8926-8927-2021 to the condition that the office objections are removed within seven days. If the office objections are not so removed, this order shall stand recalled automatically without reference to the Court. 5.
