Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is contended that the petitioner had erroneously submitted online application for admission, showing at item No.10 "not domicile of Maharashtra". However, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner indeed is domicile of Maharashtra. Her mother possesses a domicile certificate and there is property in joint name of her parents at Aurangabad in Maharashtra. It is further being referred to that the petitioner has been in Aurangabad all along since 2015 and is taking education and does not have any intention to move outside Maharashtra. He submits that though the petitioner was born in Saudi Arabia, her parents are indeed citizens of India.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that correct form would be submitted by following procedure.

Learned advocate Mr. Narwadkar, on instructions from respondent No.3, submits that in case petitioner is enlisted for admission, at the time of admission in college she should substantiate her claim of being domicile of Maharashtra.

In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. 6.
All points are kept open for petitioner in case occasion arises. 7.
