Learned Addl. Government Pleader states that as per the order dated 19.10.2016, passed by this Court, the Respondent No.1 is present in the Court and the cheque of the residual amount i.e. for Rs.23,25,908/- (Rupees twenty three lacs twenty five thousand nine hundred eight) is being deposited today. The said cheque bearing No.024579 drawn on State Bank of India, dated 16.11.2016 amounting to Rs.23,25,908/- (Rupees twenty three lacs twenty five

thousand nine hundred eight) is handed over to Mr.Karpe, learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is accepted by Mr.Karpe, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner.

In light of that, though belatedly the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. 4.

In case there is some dispute with regard to calculations, the same shall be sorted out by the parties.
