DATE : 05.12.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 initially pursuant to the award passed by the reference under Section 28 and after the judgment of the Appellate Court the same are not decided. 2.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner before the SLAO under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and if the same is pending then the S.L.A.O. shall decide the said reference in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously preferably within nine months, it shall consider the ground of limitation also. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
