The applicant/ petitioner has proposed addition of paragraphs/ grounds and prayer clauses to the petition, which was filed in 2018 and is pending admission.

Shri Katneshwarkar, the learned advocate for the applicant/ petitioner, submits that subsequent events are sought to be brought on record and considering the same, it would be necessary to array the District Collector, Beed as respondent No.4 in his capacity of being the Chairman of Jalyukta Shivar Committee.

The learned AGP opposes the application.

Having considered the grounds set out in the application and keeping in view that the petition is yet to be admitted and the petitioner desires to bring subsequent events on record, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses A and B, which read as under :- "A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the petitioner to amend the Writ Petition No.8934 of 2018 by adding the paragraphs No.8-A to 8-B and prayer clauses J to K as mentioned in this Civil Application.

B) The petitioner also may be permitted to implead "President, Jalykuta Shivar Committee/ Collector, Beed" as party respondent No.4 to this writ petition."

Necessary compliance to be done on or before 01.10.2021. Copies of the amended petition be served on the learned AGP. We grant liberty to the respondents to enter their affidavit in reply/ additional affidavit in reply on or before 14.10.2021.

List the Writ Petition on 20.10.2021 in the "urgent admissions" category.
