Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Application for withdrawal of amount:

This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant/MSRTC as per the impugned judgment and award. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant. However, form the grounds in the appeal, it is seen that the appeal is only to the extent of rupees 7 to 8 lakhs, which is contended

15 ca.8974.24.odt to be in excess of the entitlement. The total amount of compensation directed by the Tribunal is more than Rs.66,00,000/-. In view of the same, except the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

With this, the civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
