This Court, by order dated 12.12.2014, allowed Writ Petition No.8315/2014 directing the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- in the trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of order and accordingly, the written statement filed by the petitioners is directed to be taken on record. 2.

Though the respondents are duly served, none appears for them.

For the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit Rs.5,000/- in the trial court as directed by order dated 12.12.2014 in Writ Petition No. 8315/2014 is is hereby extended. The applicant shall deposit the same within one week from today.
