Petitioner contends that the area mentioned in 3D notification issued under National Highways Act, 1956 to the extent of 4500 sq. mtrs. is in contradiction with the area mentioned in 3A notification issued earlier. Petitioner contends that objection was raised by him in that regard however, the same has not been considered. Learned counsel for respondent states that the objection has been considered. It is recorded in affidavit-in-reply that the claim of petitioner for payment of compensation in respect of area to the extent of 4500 sq. mtrs. would be considered. 2.

In view of statement made in affidavit-in-reply, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition need not be considered. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
