These are the Applications for setting aside the conditional order dated 03.08.2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial),

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants. He undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of four (4) weeks and prays for allowing the Applications. He further submits that the Applicants will not claim interest and the statutory benefits from the date of refusal of registration of these Appeals till restoration thereof. 3.

Learned AGP for the State submit that the appropriate order be passed.

For the reasons mentioned in the Applications, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'. 5.

The office objections be removed within a period of four (4) weeks.

The Applicants/Appellants shall not be entitled for the interest and the statutory benefits from the date of refusal of registration of these Appeals till restoration thereof.

The Applications stand disposed off.
