None for the applicants.

2.

Perused the order dated 25.09.2017 in which it was directed that in case of service of notice to respondent No.3 by private mode, affidavit was to be filed. At present, respondent No.3 is represented by advocate. Under such circumstance, no necessity to file the affidavit. 3.

It appears that the learned Advocate appearing for the applicants is consistently absent and had not taken positive steps, so that the applications could not proceed. Hence, civil applications stand dismissed in default.
