Though the learned counsel, holding for Mr. Dhorde, submits that papers are returned back to the respondent, but it appears that Mr. Dhorde had not filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the main suit is still pending and the civil revision application, which the present applicants intend to restore, is filed against the rejection of their application under Order-7 Rule-11 of CPC. 4.

In view of the same and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed of accordingly.
