In second session the learned counsel holding for Mr. Gaware for petitioners made statement that he had communicated about the pendency of this matter and steps which need to be taken by petitioner No. 1, but petitioner No. 2 has not turned up. In any case matter needs to be disposed of for non prosecution and is already disposed of.
