This is an application for recalling the order passed by this Court dated 10th September, 2020 in Criminal Application No. 1317/2020 in Bail Application No.1160/2019.

Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 were granted bail by this Court by order dated 11th October, 2019 in Bail Application No.1160/2019 in connection with Crime No. 597/2019 registered with MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon for the offences punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 337, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/25, 27 of the Arms Act. While granting bail, one of the

941APLN2059-20 condition for bail was that applicants-accused shall not enter within the limits of village Kusumba Tq. & Dist. Jalgaon till disposal of the case. The respondents then moved application for modification of the order by preferring Criminal Application No. 1317/2020 and vide order dated 10th September, 2020, condition of not to enter within the limits of village Kusumba was relaxed by replacing with other conditions. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had made representation against the accused that they are creating troubles to the complainant and others. However, the representations were made prior to the order passed by this Court relaxing the condition.

Apparently there are no grounds to interfere for recalling the order dated 10.09.2021 passed by this Court. 5.
