Heard. While granting bail to the present applicants vide order dated 31/1/2022, they were directed to mark their presence at the concerned Police Station once a week i.e. on every Sunday till filing of the charge sheet. 2.

It is informed that, the charge sheet has not yet been filed. The applicants are residents of Aurangabad. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed, more so on the ground that the charge sheet has not so far been filed.
