Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Since it is stated that the order dated 28th November 2022 passed by respondent No.4 is still under challenge before the Commissioner of Textiles, Maharashtra State, Nagpur, learned Advocate seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy before the authority where the revision is pending. 2.
