This petition can be disposed of with directions to the Sub Divisional Officer, Shrirampur, to issue caste certificate as requested by the petitioners within a period of three weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, the employer of the petitioner no.1 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner no.1 on the ground of his failure to submit the caste certificate.
