The learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned Advocate for respondent no.6 raise preliminary objection as to the maintainability of present petition on the ground that, the petitioners have an alternate remedy of filing second revision before the State Government.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to file second revision before the State Government.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. The pendency of this petition shall be considered at the time of delay condonation.
